This week, our club donated $1000 to Alternative Baseball, an organization that provides year-round training and games for adults with autism and other disabilities. Thank you Taylor Duncan for starting and growing this important organization to enrich so many lives!
The Rotary has been and is a positive force for every community it reaches. That would not be the case if it weren't for great club members. To re-energize those members we participate in club socials. Spouses and family members were welcome at this latest 5th Tuesday Social. Thank you, Jason Summerour and Erica Sparks Summerour for hosting our 5th Tuesday Social! It was perfection- just like Three Strands Vineyard!
The Paulding Rotary Club has several long-standing traditions when it comes to providing for the local community. One such tradition is our annual senior cookout, which might possibly be the longest-running yearly activity to date. Club members always have a good time grilling our seniors' hamburgers and hot dogs. Rotary members understand the difference a fresh grill-cooked meal can make for a person who doesn’t get the home-cooked opportunity very often.
Paulding County, Tuesday, May 2, 2022, Paulding Rotary was excited to present a $1000 check to the Paulding County Boys and Girls Club in support of the important after-school programs for the youth of Paulding County. Receiving the check was Selena Jackson-Guines (Board Chair).
